Common things
I cannot get past verification
Identity verification is handled by Stripe. Make sure your ID is valid, well lit, and matches the face on camera. If it keeps failing, email us and we will look into it.
I want to delete my account
Open Orbit. Go to Settings. Scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account. Your data will be removed.
Someone is bothering me
Tap the three dots on any post or profile. Tap Report or Block. The person will not know. If it is urgent, email us directly.
I am locked out
If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the login screen. If your account was disabled, email us.
My location is not working
Orbit requires location access to function. Go to your phone settings and make sure Orbit has permission to use your location while the app is open.
I found a bug
Tell us what happened and what phone you are using. Screenshots help. Send it to weoausforyou@gmail.com.
Delete your data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
Open Orbit → Settings → Delete Account
If you cannot access the app, email weoausforyou@gmail.com with the email address on your account and we will handle it.
