Account deletion

Leave your space.

You can delete your Orbit account, your posts, your verification record, and everything tied to you at any time.

From inside the app

  1. 1. Open Orbit
  2. 2. Go to Settings
  3. 3. Tap Account
  4. 4. Tap Delete account and confirm

By email

Email weoausforyou@gmail.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm within 24 hours and complete deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • · Your profile, name, and contact details
  • · Every post, photo, and message you wrote
  • · Your location history
  • · Your identity verification record

We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. fraud or safety reports) for a limited period.
